Who we are

Agnostic Machines Ltd. (“Agnostic Machines”, “we”, “us”) is an Israeli platform creation company and the operator of this website. This policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with the site and the enquiries we receive through it.

What this site collects

The only personal data this site stores is what you choose to send through its contact form. It has no public registration, no cookies set by us, and only a basic anonymous visit count described below. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor information — there is none to share.

When you contact us

If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we store your name, email address, any company, role or interests you add, your message, and the time it was sent, together with your IP address and the approximate country and region it indicates (used to prevent abuse). If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your name as you wrote it and the content of your message. We use it only to read and reply to your enquiry, and we keep the correspondence in our mailbox for that purpose. Sign-in attempts to the private admin area are logged for security, with the email entered, time, IP address, approximate location and device type.

Technical logs

Like virtually every website, the infrastructure serving this site may process limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in short-lived server logs operated by our hosting provider. This data is used only for security and the technical operation of the site, and is not used for profiling or marketing.

We also keep a simple, cookie-free count of visits: the page and sections viewed, the referring website, device and browser type, approximate country and region, and time on page. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code derived from IP address and browser that changes every day, so it cannot be used to recognise you over time; your IP address itself is not stored for this purpose. We do not use outside analytics companies.

Your rights

We handle personal information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment No. 13 (2024). Subject to the law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request a copy of it, and ask us to correct or delete it.

To exercise these rights, or with any privacy question, write to hello@agnosticmachines.com. We respond to reasonable requests within the periods set by law.

Where information is held

Correspondence you send us is stored in our email mailbox, and our service providers (email and hosting) may process data on our behalf in Israel and abroad. We do not transfer personal information for any other purpose.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy — for example, if we ever add features that store data — we will publish the updated version on this page with a revised date.
